Service

All items are shipped with DHL Express or DPD. You will receive a tracking number after the item has been dispatched. 

Taxes & Duty 

Items are dispatched from the UK. Customers in the UK & USA will not be charged import duty or taxes on arrival. If you order from the USA and receive a customs bill, please contact us to resolve it, this is rare but sometimes DHL make a mistake. 

Customers in other countries may be charged taxes or duties by your local customs office.
